Automation audits and consulting
For scheduled audits, consultations, discovery work, or similar professional services, refund eligibility may depend on whether work has started, preparation has been performed, a session has taken place, or resources have already been allocated.
Implementation projects
Custom implementation work is normally scoped specifically for the client. Payments relating to work that has already been completed, delivered, reserved, or performed are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Ongoing services
Recurring optimization, monitoring, or support arrangements may be cancelled according to the notice period or billing terms stated in the applicable agreement. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for services already delivered or a billing period already in progress.
Digital products and templates
Digital products may be subject to separate refund conditions shown at the point of sale or on the marketplace where they are purchased. Because digital products can often be accessed or copied immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after access or delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.
Technical problems
If a purchased digital product contains a material technical issue, contact Aiveloft with a description of the problem. Where practical, we may first attempt to provide a correction, replacement, update, or other reasonable solution.
